This Privacy Policy explains how ToolboxHub handles information when offering its free online tools. We take your privacy seriously: most processing happens locally in your browser, with no data sent to our servers.

ToolboxHub does not require sign-up, login, or any personal information to use its tools. The inputs you type (text, values, images, etc.) are processed in your own browser and are not sent to our servers, except when a tool explicitly relies on an external service (such as the AI chat). For statistical purposes, we automatically collect anonymized technical and usage data through Google Analytics — such as pages visited, browser language, device type, operating system, approximate country (derived from the IP address, which is anonymized by Google), and interaction events. This data is not used to personally identify you.
Your preferences (light/dark theme, language, favorites, and recently used tools) are stored exclusively in your browser, via localStorage, to improve your experience on future visits. We do not use this data to contact you or for profiling.
We do not use first-party advertising cookies. We use local storage (localStorage) to save your preferences (theme, language, favorites, recents) and the record that you accepted this policy. In addition, Google Analytics may set its own cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) to distinguish users and sessions in an aggregated, anonymous way. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings or reject it through the consent banner, when shown.
We use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google LLC) to understand, in aggregate, how ToolboxHub is used and to continuously improve its tools. Google Analytics collects information such as pages viewed, time on page, events, referrer, browser type and language, operating system, screen resolution, and a truncated/anonymized IP address. IP anonymization is enabled and no direct personal identifiers are intentionally sent to Google. Data may be transferred to and stored on Google servers, including outside your country, subject to the applicable standard data protection clauses. You can opt out at any time by: (1) rejecting analytics cookies in the consent banner, when available; (2) enabling your browser's "Do Not Track" setting; (3) installing the official Google Analytics opt-out add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout; or (4) blocking third-party cookies in your browser.
Some tools rely on external APIs to work (for example, the AI chat uses Groq's API; CNPJ and weather lookups use public services). We also use Google Analytics for usage analytics, as described in the dedicated section. When you use these tools and services, the data sent is processed by the respective provider according to its own privacy policy. We do not share named personal identifiers with these services.
We follow good security practices to protect the integrity of the site, such as using HTTPS. Since we store virtually no data on our servers, exposure risk is minimized. Even so, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
You can delete preferences stored locally at any time by clearing your browser data. Since we do not collect personal data on our servers, there are no named records to be requested, corrected, or deleted.
ToolboxHub is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are responsible for a child and believe they have provided us with information, please contact us so we can assist you.
This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the service or applicable law. Whenever there are significant changes, the "Last updated" date will be revised. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
